Well... it would be my beau and I in Starfleet dress uniforms. 
A simple ceremony in Ten Forward where we'll exchange vows and rings (mine would be a simple, stainless steel band with the GL insignia/battery engraved!).
Everyone would be encouraged to wear whatever geek attire they are most comfortable with. So I would imagine we'll see a wide variety of costumes and props.
After we kiss one another and I in turn grab my man's ass for all to see, we'll be introduced as "geek and geek."
From there we would have a wonderful reception and mingle with our guests. It'll be a catered affair with good food and an open bar. Since more than likely it would only be geeks who would go to my wedding I'm guessing 2 or 3 drinks and everyone will be shit faced so the open bar won't end up costing me all that much. Us geeks rarely go out drinking as we prefer the safety of our parent's basement.
