There's not really an answer for this one- at least not an easy answer.

You might as well be asking what is the best candy in a candy store. I dunno, start eating until you find something you like!

So much depends on the anatomy of the two people and what they find pleasurable.

Besides, the fun of dating is to try every position as often as possible until you find the ones that you like. If you're looking for positions for someone who is not experienced, then start with positions where the bottom has more control over the speed and depth- usually a seated position straddling their partner like the "cowboy" position.
