Damn right I worked at La Belle Province making the fries from scratch (none of that frozen paper bag full of hollow potato tubes like what they have at McD's).

My former co-worker loved those! And Nanaimo Bars (some pastry?)

No Bean Chili
Cheese Sause
Cooked Onions
Ketchup
Mustard
Potato Sticks

And its VERY messy

one thing you also dont really have is local chicken shops they always do chips and gravy which is great and i normallt get a pack with charcoal chicken, chips, and salad with gravy on the chicken and chips

Pie, Mash & Liquor

That's a minced beef pie, mashes spuds and a liquor made of fish stock and parsley. Believe me it tastes far better than it looks!

Well, don't feel bad, I like cooking noodles and mixing them up with ketchup and mustard.

I also like mixing cottage cheese with mashed potatoes.

Now look here! I happen to be living in a part of Pennsylvania where they eat the strangest things (including roadkill), and I have never seen anyone put french fries on a salad. They must have been nearsighted and thought they were rather long, soggy croutons. How utterly disgusting! I think I'll go make some scrapple now.....
