Older Kids and Adult Trick or Treaters

Do you have an issue giving candy to older kids and adults that trick or treat?
 
Not at this time. If it grew into a huge crowd, I would have to rethink this.
 
No, just kids that are twelve or younger.
 
I don't care if you are 90...if you can make it up the steps and ring the doorbell...it's all good
 
^ I don't care, but I didn't have any kids over the age of 8 or so come to my door this year. Had my friend answer the door and scare the little kids, he was dressed up as Negan from the Walking Dead, had a baseball bat with wire on it in one hand, candy bowl in the other. "Negan's candy is now your candy"
 
Only if they have a decent costume.

I also hand out extra for really good costumes, even if they're parents standing in the background.


Though one high school guy got two pennies from me tonight -- no costume, he was out for Unicef and even forgot his little box! The girls with him all laughed (they got quarters in their boxes).
 
The sweets are just a bribe to get the persons concerned to fuck off quickly and before they commit any acts of petty vandalism. A price worth paying whatever their age I suppose.
