Yes, back in the 1960's Burt Ward, "Robin", endured many costume adjustments including color and texture. Lighting became an issue as producers were determine to eliminate even a suggestion of a bulge. But Burt Ward was a very good sport about it all. Adam West and Burt Ward understood their roles as pop culture heroes and were very careful about their presentation, on and off camera.
