There are a few good sites you can use. I use http://bestsmileys.com/pageindex.htm pretty heavily and also http://www.langkawi.dk/Smileys-sex.htm for my racier stuff. It takes a while to become familiar with the smileys and where they are so that when you are composing a post, you know where to go for the right one.

The nice thing about Best Smileys is that they often have categories for exactly what I'm looking for....like working
