It is, BY FAR, the best horror flick I've seen since "Evil Dead 2". (And that was a LONG time ago....)

Except, it's not really a horror flick, it's a, well... That's the thing that makes it so frustrating to try to review. I don't want to spoil the surprises.

Suffice it to say, NOTHING is as it appears, and, well... that's about all I can tell you.

GO TO SEE THE FILM before someone spoils it for you.

It's one hell of a ride, and the most fun I've had in the theater in a long time.

Definitely worth seeing! Great movie, very different. (A lot more funny than scary.)

just saw it, and i can go along with the majority of people here: loved it. i really liked the whole thing, wish i could give spoilers but i won't. two-thumbs up.
 
Saw it,really liked it...the two hunks shirtless scenes(Chris Helmsworth,Jesse Williams of "Grey's Anatomy"fame were
icing on the cake!Definitely a fun roller coaster ride!

i agree with what everyone said, it was a really smart horror movie, and the best thing is for you go to in cold, dont watch the trailers or anything, if you like horror movies, you should like this. it definatly really invigorated the horror genre.

the funny thing is that this was made almost two years ago in 2010, and played at film festivals before getting distribution, and when it got picked up, it was shelved for whatever reason, and then how funny is it, once chris becomes a big movie star, now they release it. still good though.
 
I really liked its allusions and the slower unfolding of the plot, but I was hoping for more excitement. Joshua_me had me with a comparison to the greatness of Evil Dead 2; I enjoyed it, but nowhere near as much as that.

So its a high tech/big brother TV style serial killing movie ?
 
Very solid horror movie,one of the best I've seen in a long time
 
they need to add a dog to the cast and it could have been like a warped scoobydoo movie



watch for cameos in the cubes
