Growing up in Utah and being around Mormons all the time, I highly doubt that these are actual Mormon missionaries. I also highly doubt the owner of the sight is an active member of the LDS church because he would have gotten excommunicated. The sight does turn me on though, I graduated high school in Utah and after you graduate a lot of the guys go on their missions. The church has actually baptized more people in Latin America than in the USA, so they are technically in the majority. However, from what I've heard, most of them don't stay active in the church.

But you'll find Spanish-speaking congregations throughout the USA now.
