On the Patches - Wish me luck!

For some reason I keep picturing Nonimus covered from head to toe in nicotine patches. Sort of like a suit case that's been around the world. Anyway, good luck with the patches.
 
Best of luck!!! On week #5 so if you need to vent drop a line. Did the patch for a month and stopped after the first round. Was a pack to a pack and a quarter a day smoker before. I can smell things again which is both good and bad, I don't wheeze anymore either. The only bad thing is the weight gain but I would rather weigh more than smoke.

I agree that it sounds like an idea to take up something that uses your hands, but I wouldn't have gone for knitting. That's not very Nonimus.

I can think of many things better for him to do with his hands ;)

Sorry hun, it was just getting to that point where i just didn't wanna do it anymore - that nasty aching feeling in my lungs after a ciggy was just to shit-scary to deal with!

Well - family has been and gone - tentative family gathering over with - no hassles - 2 extra chihuahua's went too - Busy as hell at work - BUT!

I didn't smoke - (!) - of course I miss it, especially while jubbing :( but I don't want it anymore ..|
