One more day without a cigarette

Well, the weekend is nearly over. I just hope having your roommate around, smoking, did not weaken your resolve.
 
I just stopped using Zyban. I'm one of the unfortunate % of people who take it and experience severe insomnia. In 96 hours I had 6.5 hours of sleep total. I was delerious by the end of it. Aaanyway, good luck gsdx, keep it up ;)

My resolve wasn't weakened at all. Yesterday, my roommate noticed that I wasn't smoking and asked me if I'd quit. (I was washing ashtrays at the time.) I told him I'd pretty-much quit already. He doesn't smoke around me. He either goes outside or into the bathroom where he can turn on the exhaust fan.

That's great. He's noticed and has altered his habits.

Just checking in to see how you're doing! Seems like you're going OK. Hang in there matey! I'm really happy for you.

I did the same thing as Chatolandia. I still have my last unwashed ashtray tucked away in a cupboard, as a reminder!!!!
 
I still have one unwashed ashtray. It's in my bedroom, tucked away on a shelf. Perhaps I'll keep that as a reminder.
