I don't think that's serenity. Look at those tightly pursed lips...and that smile is definitely fake.

It would appear that her tits are smaller than the other woman's tits. That alone is grounds for a catfight.

I have a different opinion. The woman on the right's body is turned to directly face the other woman, and she's looking directly at her. Those are signs of comfort, ease, and assertiveness. The woman on the left is turned sideways, as if in a defensive gesture, and she's turning her head to the other woman. Also, it's hard to read, since we're only seeing her sideways, but the woman's mouth looks like it's turned downward slightly. The expression is hard to read, but is she feeling unease, fear, sorrow or sadness, annoyance, or what?
