I've spilled big tumblers of Diet Coke on my desk, the kitchen floor, the bathroom sink ...

These days I mostly drink out of the bottle, making sure to put the cap back on between sips. That way, when I or the cats knock it over (and one of us will knock it over, sooner or later), the liquid is contained.
 
Oh, yeah, and I can confirm that my trainer is trying to murder me! I don't think that I'll be able to stand up tomorrow. I like him!
