I've only been to the hospital (as a patient) twice - both times for dehydration. Which is pretty damned embarrassing, I think. How hard should it be to remember to "drink water"?

I was hospitalized about 6 times for drinking too much......but it was not water. :lol:
 
I used to be a workaholic, so I quit my job, took a year off and got a new job.
 
There's a one-step program. It's called "going on vacation"...then coming back and finding the world didn't end. At least, that's what worked for me. :D
