I'm getting a lot of inventations of guys and girls lately.

I went to the dentist today. Next appointment is Friday the 13th

A couple of days uber-gardening have made me very sore and have left me four pounds lighter.

I have walked at least 100,000 steps in the past week

I hope my veggie garden will be planted by next week.

A couple of hours in the garden reminded me that I hate it. My 5 tomatoes

are planted. This intense agricultural activity has renewed my vows to give

complete credence to the environmental groups on various types of pollution

and saving water thus supporting local business by procuring all of my fresh

produce at the fruit stand and farmers market. GOD, sometimes being a Good

World Citizen and an active America Firster does require a bit of sacrifice....

but I will be strong..for the cause.

I have blisters on four of my toes

That happened to me on my Montreal trip. I wore brand new Nikes.

I wore my old shoes for this trip..didn't want to break in a new pair at Disney World.

You should not have gotten blisters then. I know what they are like.

I learned from my yoga teacher at the Y tonight how to do Upward-Facing-Dog correctly.

I would love to learn some yoga.

I'm enjoying the weather.

I'm going early to bed today.
