I have to sleep with a flashlight beside my bed(not turned on of course) or i have trouble falling alsleep

My new years resolution (kinda) was to get a schedule in place to keep my home clean, and all the chores done. I can't say I've stuck with it absolutely, but the place looks a lot better much of the time...
