Okay, what was it and how did you do?

We started with a run swim run, which is a 100meter sprint up the beach then a 50 meter swim out to seas, 200 meter swim parallel to the shore, then swim back in and do another 100 meter sprint. Then we do board and tube rescues out to the break followed by beach resuscitation and first aid.

As for how did I do it, knuckle down and ignore the pain lol.

My efforts at an all-nighter yesterday were mostly fruitless - I've only managed to reorient my schedule slightly.

I just looked up my credit score, it's either 802 or 803 from all three of the reporting agencies.

I currently have 1,094 individuals in my family tree.

I seldom see family, except for my parents and sister.

All of my direct family is past, I only have a sister-in-law, 2 nephews and a niece and their children.

I do have 2 grandsons who live in France and I see once a year.
