Urm, lets see - it was Sunday i packed it in, Sunday to Sunday is 8 days, monday, nine days, today 10 days! YAY!
10 days - smoke free! The cravings are nothing more than little niggles now - but i had a massive craving for a chocolate-fudge pie - which i satisfied

I was able to quit about mid way thru my nursing school, nothing like a good
