It's been almost a year since Hurricane Maria made landfall on Puerto Rice and power has finally been returned to virtually all surviving residents.

One year.

And Trump is bragging that the response and recovery have been "incredibly successful". I wouldn't call thousands dead and a year without electricity "incredibly successful".

With Hurricane Florence threatening a devastating blow to the U.S. mainland, President Trump paused at a Tuesday briefing with FEMA officials to reflect on what he sees as the unqualified success of his administration’s response in Puerto Rico to Hurricane Maria.

“I think Puerto Rico was incredibly successful,” Trump said at the White House during a meeting with FEMA administrator Brock Long, Vice President Mike Pence and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen. “I actually think it was one of the best jobs that’s ever been done.

It must have been all those paper towels. They paved the road to recovery.

How does that man sleep at night?

Re: One Year Later

And on Florence coming donnie trump was quoted as saying.

president trump said:
"This is going to be a very large one ... It's tremendously big and tremendously wet. Tremendous amounts of water."

Many people would have a much better opinion of him if he just kept quiet, both verbally and in written form. He has no conception of the right thing to say or write about
anything. On 9/11, he started off his day with multiple tweets disparaging the department of Justice and the FBI, rather than anything to do with 9/11. Just a total buffoon.

Especially when he is a "stable genius" who is "like, really smart".

I've heard 5-years-olds speak more eloquently than Trump, and they say a whole lot more in a fraction of the words.

Damn, I was up at midnight last night? I don't even remember post in this thread. I've shopped Amazon on Ambien before without remembering it. This is the first time I ambien posted.
It was a good response tho.

You are the "poster" child of drugs. Good response though. I'll see you an ambien and raise you a xanax.

Also our president is an uninformed blithering idiot.[SUP]*[/SUP]

[SUP]*[/SUP]This poster is sober and clean.

^^Will - you are being insulting to blithering idiots by associating them with the Donald :rotflmao:

Forgive me. Shall we put an ambien and a xanax in mr trump's morning Coke. It may affect his tweets.

Can he snort Xanax and Ambien like he does Coke?

More denials. More lies. More misplaced blame.

President Donald Trump on Thursday denied back-to-back hurricanes last fall resulted in nearly 3,000 deaths in Puerto Rico, as estimated by a government-commissioned study last month.

In a pair of tweets, the president accused Democrats of making up “really large numbers” of deaths to make him “look as bad as possible.”

“When I left the island, AFTER the storm had hit, they had anywhere from 6 to 18 deaths,” Trump tweeted about his first and only visit to Puerto Rico after hurricanes Irma and Maria pummeled the island in September 2017.

I bet there will only be a couple million dollars in damage from Florence this weekend. Maybe only a couple dozen homes without power for a few hours. There won't even be a single injury. Nothing bad will happen on president dumps watch.*

*this post was not drugged influenced in any way

^ The internet is in an uproar over this, and I don't blame the people who can't believe this piece of shit puts himself above thousands of people that he didn't give a shit about in he first place.

EDIT: Some of those Tweet responses should be put on billboards and plastered all over the country!

The irony, most of the only remaining Trump supporters would, themselves, also refer to the death of thousands of brown people as "A huge success." At this point the only vote he's got is the evangelical [go figure], the super-ignorant redneck and the white nationalist.

How can such a "stable genius" who is "like, really smart", sound so...
