yeah, i can't see the appeal here really. i mean, whatever floats your boat but it just doesn't look nice. same as i don't necessary like looking at pictures of open wounds or surgery... it kind of does look like a wound. it MUST be sore... plus i would imagine that laying your insides bare like this would make you very prone to infections and god knows what else.
