There's a reason they call it oral sex. And whether it counts as prostitution probably has mostly to do with the laws in your area. But even if it's not prostitution by law, it's pretty much in the same spirit so I'd probably feel like a prostitute if I took the money.

I don't think there's necessarily anything wrong with prostitution.
