The chances of you getting anything from getting suck off the way you described is vary rare. Either way you should get checked, but I don't see how you could have in any way exchanged body fluids. I understand he swallowed, he should be the one worried.

Yes, I don't believe anybody who is getting a blowjob (receptive oral sex) is at risk.

But people who are giving blow jobs are at risk, despite the misleading information presented above.

I'm with you there. I have found I can usually get around the lies by pretending to have interest in it. That usually brings it out of them. Dishonest/deceitful? perhaps but when were talking about NSA sex what else do u expect? besides the only ones who ever seem to have their feelings hurt are the ones that are claiming to be safe sex only but then say theyre interested or would be willing to if the other guy was neg and I wouldn't be going with them anyway.. The ones that truly are safe all the time understand.

Well, I'm not a doctor, but swallowing vs. not swallowing I assume you mean "not swallowing" to mean spitting out. If you spit it out, it's already been in your mouth and on your tongue so swallowing some portion of the cum is inevitable. So technically, in that scenario, I'm guessing the difference would not be that much.

But I think there's a big, big difference in risk between blowing somebody without letting them cum in your mouth and blowing them and letting them cum in your mouth, whether that cum gets spit out or swallowed.

It's better to be safe than sorry. I just would never let anybody cum in my mouth.

Also, I'm puzzled by the expression "receptive oral sex." What does that mean? People can misinterpret it. I interpret it to mean the person is GETTING a blowjob. They are receiving a blowjob and being then receptive. Just like a person who is getting fucked is receiving or being receptive.

But people can look at it another way. Some might think "Receptive oral sex" means the person who is GIVING the blow job is receiving or the receptor because he is receiving the bodily fluids into his mouth. Confusing, right?

Upon second reading I think maybe that's the way Dr. Scott was looking at it in his "Receptive Oral Sex" study. If it's true that he was talking about the people GIVING the blow job being the ones receptive, then he sounds like a quack because he said it's "Virtually impossible" to contract the virus that way. Talk about a dumbass!
