Yeah, the problem with the Bible is that it's made up of two different and contradictory books, the Qur'an contradicts itself everywhere, but at least the Muslims acknowledge it as a matter or faith and proof of the uncomprehensible wisdom of their god, while the Evangile, the source of Christianism, is at odds with the Jewish books, even in the part where it is said that He is not come to destroy the law, but to fulfil: just compare the morals of New Testament with the laws exposed in Leviticus, Numbers and Deutoronomy.
So-called "believers" are exactly like dumb computers: they read an instruction and do it, they read the contrary and also do it, and they won't care about "sophistications" like coherence.
