Re: Who's watching "The Oscars" tonight? Where?

I loved when Michelle Obama said "or who we love".

Re: Who's watching "The Oscars" tonight? Where?

Wow. Unless I am mistaken, 'The Oscars' telecast ended after Quinton Tarantino was on stage. The Dvr turned off and everyone in Vancouver who only recorded 'The Oscars' telecast will not see the last part of the show (when the good awards are on)

There were several awards after Tarantino.

A bored Adele and the handsome Paul Epworth win Best Song for Skyfall.

Re: Who's watching "The Oscars" tonight? Where?

Jennifer Lawrence is really funny backstage and drunk.

the "Fall"

Re: Who's watching "The Oscars" tonight? Where?

So Daniel Day Lewis is the most awarded Oscar actor. That's impressive - but not as much as Meryl - when you think of all those actors from the past.

Daniel Day Lewis was hot in his youth

Re: Who's watching "The Oscars" tonight? Where?

^^^

He's grown up to be a very handsome gentleman with a wicked sense of humor.

My Beautiful Laundrette is a great film.

Was!? Shit, that man is hot now! Whoa, what a dilf.

And that dude with Amy Adams, he was also hot.

I think Seth MacFarlane did great, or maybe I'm just being bias. He's hella sexy and has an arousing voice.

Loved Jennifer Lawrence and love her even more now.

Right. He's even more handsome NOW.

The best part was Captain Kirk at the beginning. It was really boring this year. Seth sucked. The academy seems to only watch 6 movies a year and just nominates them over and over again for every category. They seem out of touch with the cinema industry.

I didn't particularly care for the William Shatner bit.

Re: Who's watching "The Oscars" tonight? Where?

^ Never was a Shatner fan but when he whored himself out to a firm of fucking ambulance chasing lawyers that was the last fucking straw........ :grrr: ........he's just a big fat old cunt.

Re: Who's watching "The Oscars" tonight? Where?

Yeah i watched it....I always watch all the award shows.. I like them. ....

Re: Who's watching "The Oscars" tonight? Where?

Disappointed in Adele's speech. I got hate from my fellow gays because I easily lost the supporting actress in our Oscar pool because I picked Sally Field out of spite against Anne Hathaway. Still up by +5.

Field deserved it. Hathaway got it. Cute bit beforehand though with she and Seth.

Otherwise, no big surprises.

Hollywood loved the idea that movies and one guy from the CIA who spent one day in Iran saved the Americans hiding in the Canadian Embassy.

Re: Who's watching "The Oscars" tonight? Where?

Given Life Of Pi won best visual effects and cinematography, the director Ang Lee should at least credit the visual effects team for their handwork given the situation the company is in now :(
