I've seen a video where a guy hammers a couple of nails through his scrotum, actually, just the skin, to a board and then steps back, pulling the skin out tight... I thought that was the worst I'd seen, till this...

Even though my imagery is usually considered somewhat extreme (by some)...I'm afraid I won't be much help with this one - like most of you I don't get the whole genital mutilation thing.

CBT that doesn't cause damage - I can understand and identify with.

But when you start skewering body parts...that's way outta my area of expertise and interest.

That pic falls more within the scening aspect - as compared to ours which is more for entertainment value.

Not to say I condemn it - I just wouldn't recommend it. [-X
