Most people would wear those very sexy togas or robes which hardly hid anything ! In fact the whole movie would be realistic and accurate. Slaves would by and large get around naked. The story would centre around a sea port, simliar to Pompei, where trade happens say with Syrians, and the orgies that used to happen with plenty of vino ( wine). It would not be like a porno film though. One would see plenty, and there would be sex scenes, but there would be no close ups of dick sucking or fucking and only appropriate kissing . The exposure would be accidental BUT there would be no censoring of it. All of the actors would be very laid back about sex, and they would have no aversion to showing themselves off, and of course be gay or bi sexual . There would be some woman and casual lesbianism also in it. What classification the movie would get I am not certain . It could be a 1 X for example? The winding up of the story could be the fear of the northern barbarians coming and the rot and decadence of the Roman Empire, and at that particular time in history . The prelude to its sacking and demise.
