I was watching MTV HITS the other day and The Veronicas were hosting a hitlist and their last song was "Stupid Girls" and they were like this is a great song by an artist that we shouldn't really like because a) she stole one of our songs and b) she was really mean to us backstage once.....but we still love her music so here's Pink.

The Veronicas are an Australian twin-sister pop group....they had the song "4Ever" out a few years ago and now their new single "Untouched" is getting airplay here....I honestly don't remember what song it was...but I do remember hearing them back when it was released...i'll do some research and try and find the songs


EDIT: ok got it....it was "U + UR Hand" and "4Ever"....written by the same guy, Max Martin,....but they sound really similar to each other

No, Linda turned Pink down because Pink came to her and told her she wanted to make another Misundaztood, and Linda said she wasn't interested in replicating something she'd already done. There was some other stuff she said about Pink too--I can't remember exactly--but I think she kind of called her pathetic for making that Stupid Girls song and video. She said Pink spends too much time pointing the finger at other people and needs to point the finger at her damn self.

Though I do think it's true Pink was upset Linda started working with other artists. And I definitely think she was bitter than Linda gave "Beautiful" to Christina, especially since Pink asked for it too, and Linda said no.

Well then it is that Max who is at fault he needs new idea. I hear it though they do sound alike. Don't know if it is youtube that has done it but the when playing the pink song it sound slightly altered (slowed down).

That is what I meant, was not clear. I meant Pink was upset and then Linda turned her down (making her more upset). Like you said. I do not really like Linda all that much she is very talented but owes a lot to Pink.

After Missunderzoood I didn’t like any of Linda’s song much.
Waiting for Love, Catch Me While I'm Sleeping, Try Too Hard, Free" & Delirium. Non are real stand outs from the Try This sessions and I’m Not Dead was amazing without her.
