Over a couple of motnhs ago I noticed on a low balcony in the Sagrada Familia neighbourhood a bakcpack with a piece of cardboard identifying it as a makeshift piece of baggage in case of fuck knows what sort of emergency (imagine the aliens, earthy or not, enter that home from the balcony)...

Are you ready to leave your home at any moment (just like any good Christian is supposed to be ready to leave the world at any random moment)? how much luggage would you need? How much of a survivalist you are, are you ready to run away from home?

No, I'm not ready to leave at short notice. I tend to over-pack when I go away and end up bringing home clothes I've not worn. I definitely can't (or at least prefer not to) rely on the bare minimum.

I try to keep my phone charged to at least 80%, especially at night. Otherwise my only plan will be to get the hell out of the city asap. Carrying an overnight bag would only hamper my chances, especially with a cat.

So I'd carry nothing. Except Klonopin. Gonna need my klonopin.
