PalacePaul Appreciation Thread

Hello Paul -

Are you still filling in at the cathedral? Or was that just for the one day? And how did/do you like that organ?

Speaking of organs --
(a) What's your favorite organ of the ones you've played?
(b) If you had your chance at any organ anywhere, which ones would you most like to play?

Good evening and Happy Easter everyone!

Glad to see you back LMP. I've been filling in at the cathedral the whole week. I've learnt a lot doing this :)
Last night the ceremony was very long... Today we had Easter mass, which is much easier. My mom, aunt and cousin came to see me.
To answer your questions:
a) it's hard to pick a single one. I like the organ at Saint Sernin church in Toulouse very much. Recently I played an old organ in Talarn and I was impressed.
b) if I could play any organ in the world, at this point I'd go for the ultra-modern organ in Kassel, Germany

Happy Easter, Paul. (*8*) I hope you’ll sleep well tonight, and that sounds most interesting about filling in at the cathedral. I hope you’ll have a great week next week.

Good evening Rob, John and Michael (*8*)
Today is still a holiday here. I visited a gathering of classic cars. In the afternoon I had a walk by the sea.
I hope you had a good day

Good evening Frankie and Colby (*8*)
Today I went to the dentist to check my braces. She's really nice and funny. After that I saw my sister.
I hope you had a good day

Good Wednesday night, Paul! (*8*)

It sounds like you had a good day with your braces and seeing your sister. At least you sound positive, so I guess all went well with you.

Hola Paul , gracias por escribir . Espero lo hayas pasado bien con tu hermana

Good evening John, Colby and Frankie. Thank you for your posts. (*8*)
For those of you who don't know, my sister is severely disabled after she suffered a brain stroke. She lives in a nursing home. I usually see her every wednesday morning. Maybe you noticed that I often mention those visits because they mean a lot to me.

Today I only had lessons. I hope to practice tomorrow morning.

Hola Paul , lo que haces por tu hermana cada Miercoles por la mañana habla mucho sobre la clase de persona y hermano que eres .

Buena suerte con tus practicas , ten un agradable Viernes amigo

That's great Paul, you're a great guy and you do that for her You're very sweet. She's lucky to have you.

Thank you Frankie and Michael. What I do for my sister isn't exceptional, I believe it's my duty. She was always there for me, she was my best friend, and I'm happy to help her now.
TYou're welcome, That's true but you're just a great guy and a kind spirit! Some people ignore their family etc. that's all.
