I had some headache and was sneezing quite a lot this morning. I've been better in the afternoon.
I don't mind the cold weather, but it's too early for that :mad:

Good afternoon, Paul, (*8*):kiss: I hope you are feeling a bit better today, it sounds like a mild cold, not the virus, since sneezing is not a symptom of the virus. I feel a bit better today after yesterday’s anxiety/panic attack. I think it was a combination of a couple of things which have been going on. These anxiety episodes happen every so often I’ve noticed.

Good evening Gareth, Billy and Rob. Thank you for your previous posts that I didn't reply yesterday. My parents and I were allowed a visit to my sister in her nursing home and it was wonderful. The 4 of us hadn't been together since early March. I can't tell you how happy I was.
Today it was windy and cold here but I could stay home most of the day.
