I had a free morning today and I could go for a hike next to the sea. I stopped at a small beach and dared to go into the water. It was freezing cold but it felt great!

I had a good day and I hope you did, too.
I had some practice early in the morning. Then I went to the swimming pool where I was surrounded by slow ladies... that was terrible! I didn't stay long :lol:
My parents and I went to see my sister and we all had a long walk together in the afternoon.
I'm having dinner soon.
