@LoveMyPeppermill I'm going to Palencia in central Spain for a seminar on Archeology and Music. It looks very interesting.

Something unexpected happened. A few weeks ago I met some people in an LGBT group in Barcelona. One of the guys got my phone number, contacted me and came today to visit me. We spent the day together, and he is an amazing person, extremely intelligent and cultured. We had a great time!

The archeology seminar last week was very interesting and the concerts were amazing. I visited plenty of beautiful places in the area.
The train trip to and from there were long and tedious. I arrived home on saturday at midnight.

My new friend invited me to join him on the beach this week. I like him but I'm afraid he's getting too interested too fast and I don't want to hurt him :(

Well, just be honest with him about where you do and don't want the relationship to go. And if you think you might want it to become a romance at some point but don't want to make that decision yet, tell him that: just say you don't want to rush. If he is hurt by that, it's unfortunate, but it's his responsibility. All you can do is be honest. (Well, honest without being rude or cruel, but I think you know that part.)

Yes, we were able to try the water organ if we wanted to. Of course I did :lol: and its harder than I expected.

I told the guy that I want to see him and get to know each other, but I need to go slowly. We are meeting on thursday.
