Substantial information exists that he didn't pick her, rather she was forced on him by 'the family' of C street infamy. I think their hope was that McCain would die (or maybe they would have helped him along to heaven), and they'd have a die-hard fundamentalist and virtual Reconstructionist in the White House.

2012 is becoming more scary each day. Obama has an uphill battle to preserve his popularity that long. He's already losing ground. In 3 years, there quite possibly will be enough far right weirdos to muster up enough votes for Palin to boot Obama from the White House. That would be an unprecedented political embarrassment. I'd rather hope that the Mayan's were correct.

It would take some doing to be a bigger political embarrassment than the current incompetent left wing loon that we have right now. Hell at this point even Carter comes off as looking strong and he was the biggest wimp and weak ass loser in my lifetime. Carter and Obama have something in common they are both pussy ass whiners who never take responsibility for the shithole their foolish and misguided policies create. Obama would shit his pants if someone told him he had to take responsibility for the complete failure of his 787 billion dollar stimulus. If he couldn't blame Bush his speeches would only last about two minutes. Hell they might even make more sense.

We are in big trouble now. If Obama could even get his dimoshits in congress to agree with him we would be in even worse shape than we already are. I love how he says Republicans are standing in the way of progress and reform when the fact of the matter is they don't need a single Republican vote to institute any policy or program they want until the 10 election. They simply cannot be adult enough to admit that if they could agree in their own party their entire agenda would be law now. Thank god for small favors.

All I have to say here is that most people here dont like her....I'm already liking the idea of Palin in office. Had I been stuck like the rest of everyone here about the left/right paradigm I'd be all for her.

I would never have dreamed that Palin would start pulling such high numbers, but it is in direct reaction to the agenda Obama is shoving down the throats of Americans. He can fuck the nation only so long before the people will not take it any more.

I am honestly at a loss for words for those who think Palin would make a good President. There has got to be someone else in the Republican party that you hold in higher regard who has more intelligence. I am actually dumbfounded.
