I'm with you that she will probably be out clubbing soon, but clubbing and being a whore isn't against the law. I'm just saying she learned her lesson that she shouldn't drive under the influence and I guarantee she will never do that again. Prison scared her to death and she doesn't want to go back so based on the crime she commited, she learned her lesson. She didn't go to jail for clubbing and having sex, she went to jail for drinking and driving. And the fact that we are talking about her right now is what makes her famous, so people who don't think she should be famous should stop talking about her and looking her up online.

According to local news this morning, she will be renting a $3 million house in Malibu (must not be very large) for the summer to get her away from the Hollywood Hills. She was living just too close to the Sunset Strip to avoid the temptation. I hope she will hire a driver the next time she goes out - I never understood why she wanted to drive anyway. I hate driving on Sunset Blvd on week-end evenings.

It's also true that she's not getting special treatment and that normal folk would not have spent as much time in jail. The judge was trying make an example of her. She should not make any more movies, however - she's a horrible actress.
