I was surprised to read the write-up of this year's Razzie nominations, where the guy in charge said there was "so much more crap this year"...but yet all the nominees seemed almost inevitable. Love Guru, Hottie & the Nottie, etc etc...

It's difficult to categorize her, but many categorize Sarah Brightman as a classical crossover artist and melds different genres of music in different albums and many times, in the same song. She is a Soprano as Jasun mentioned. I think the reason you may have thought she was country is because she recently did a duet with Anne Murray which sounds country somewhat.
