It looks like Taylor Swift isn't the only celebrity who's recently been enchanted by The Big Apple.
On Wednesday, Paris Hilton was spotted in New York City with her sister Nicky to move into her luxurious new loft.
The 33-year-old reportedly purchased the two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit back in November for just under $3.9 million.

Paris and her 31-year-old sister were both dressed comfortably for the DJ's moving day, donning coordinating ensembles.
Paris sported a white and red Brian Lichtenberg sweater for the occasion, which she wore underneath a puffy black jacket with a fur-lined hood.
She coupled that look with a pair of form-fitting skinny jeans, black, Chanel fingerless gloves, and a pair of black, suede booties.

Not all of Malibu looks this way, but much too much does. I can't help but imagine that these vistas (it's worse from the road) aren't disappointing to visitors who've heard how glamorous the coastline is. There are, however, stretches of Malibu (north of where I believe the Fonda footage was filmed) that are really wonderful, particularly on the bluffs.

Have all "the rich residents gone north"?
Not really. The prime residential areas are back to (or have exceeded) pre-Great Recession prices--1/2 acre tear-downs in the flats of Brentwood and Beverly Hills can sell for 6 million. To be sure, I read that London, NY and SF have crazier prices, but LA is up there.

Unfortunately he says that nobody goes to the Entertainment forum, which is why he posts them here. Very odd since Robin Williams' suicide thread got moved to the Celebrity forum.

It should've stayed in HT. Sadly, it got moved but I can only assume they moved it there because he's a Male celebrity.
