I think Telly is taking creative license with the reference from the Pastor saying "I'm available for you anytime, day or night."

I think it's meant to be funny, though it doesn't really come across. The uploader has taken some religious propaganda and tried to re-edit it in the style of a "Youtube Poop" so it comes across as ridiculous and to satirize it but it doesn't work. It seems more obvious in their "sequel" Every Young Man's Battle: The Documentary but it's still not funny, just kind of emphasises how dumb the people sound. Their one about using Computers is much funnier.
