Re: guess what color- two real estate agents arrested in Starbucks for waiting for a friend

I think the word "Dull" is ambiguous here.

Hardly. It's a neon sign with gigantic arrows pointing towards it on either side. You can't miss it.

Someone can be socially dull and boring. And others can be plain ignorant of facts.

It's like the difference between someone being bookishly-smart or 'street-smart'

(I say that 90% of the population are plain ignorant of facts.)

Well, in any case, I was saying that Mikey's posts are dumb.

I feel a bit of pity about them.

Aww, now I'm hurt. Asking a pretty simple, straight forward question gets such vitriol here. Why?
Why can't some people take responsibility for their own actions instead of blaming something that happened hundreds of years ago to their long lost relatives?
Why can't some people admit that maybe, just MAYBE that their community is broken and try to fix from with in, instead of blaming others?
Why can't people grasp that seats and facilities in a restaurant are for paying customers? There are signs all over America stating this fact.
Why is common sense not so common any more?

Okay, you say the question in reference was a pretty simple, straight forward question.

You suggest it isn't stupid at all.

Why didn't slaves just go back home?

Well, go ahead, you have the entire internet at your disposal.

Answer it.

Does your answer seem deserving of vitriol?

Perhaps my surmise about your forthcoming observations are weak, but I'm sticking with the thesis, for the moment at least, that your answer will just be "dull."

Oh Good.

I see that the garbage receptacle for Grimshaw's off topic rants and musings has been brought back into use.

One in six American women will experience attempted or completed rape. But the attackers are mostly white so we aren't going to call it a cultural or social problem.

Ha - I couldn't help but notice that, collectively speaking, the people who tend to describe themselves as 'street-smart' also tend to be the ones laying face-down in the gutter - one way or another.

^ I had to look that up to see if it's a real place. As we all know, there are some pretty damn strange place names in the USA. (I won't even get started on Australia...)

 Techniaclly it's "Augusta" but I'll be damned if that's how they actually pronounce it :rotflmao:
