I'm so grateful this type of christian talibanism has never been able to spread beyond its North American containment area. We all know they've tried, but other Western (and a lot of Asian) countries seem to be immune to this, even the English-speaking ones. Of course islam and hinduism still holds a lot of countries back, and Uganda and Nigeria have their own breed of christian con men to complement the muslim ones, but most of the world has been saved from this by science and education.
