Success! ... A little more research reveals that these pics come from an OF site named Lucasdeanxxx. His twitter account is LucasD (LucasD18xxx) which has mini-gifs and these pics come from that. What he doesn't do is name Paul but just refers to him as his "masked tradie mate." I assume you found it was Paul from somewhere else but you're right about the arm tattoo being masked.
