PCD featuring Nicole??

So why is that Jayhoo song and video credited to "The Pussycat dolls featuring Nicole Scherzinger"? Isn't Nicole A Pussycat doll? I know she's the only one who sings but why are they changing that now? is she leaving the group? Or is it gonna be Nicole And the PCD now?

she supposedly wants to emancipate herself from PCD again like she did the first time she failed at a solo attempt. again she doesnt really need to complain, PCD is like a solo career where she doesnt have to sing back ups.
also Melody from the group is supposedly being a huge a-hole about it

they did it on their new single to "hush hush" says its featuring nicole. they asked her about it in an interveiw and she said she doesnt see a prob cause she helps write the songs that she should be featured. which is total B.S. grant it she is the lead singer but they are pcd, u never saw destiny's child do that. if u dont want to be in the group leave and let the other 4 try to make it on there own. maybe let the others sing a lil. At a concert after that interveiw they performed in melody's home town and when she was talking to the crowd she said " thanks for surporting me, even though i am not featured. " and went on about never letting anyone stomp on ur dreams and all. i just think putting "featuring nicole" is just wrong and will be the start of the end of the group

It's like she's said to herself "well my solo career failed, let's go back to PCD where I've had success and am basically the star of the show anyway, and turn *that* into my solo career!"

i liked nicole when pcd first came out but now she is to much of a diva. i kind of hope she leave the group for her 2nd attempt at a solo career( which it prob will fail again, they invested 18 mill into her last cd and that tanked and never even came out lol) and the other four girls stay pcd and make it even better without her. then she will be begging to be a pussycat doll again cause she doesnt care about it now . she is just thinking of herself and u dont do that when u are in a group

well in the case of jai ho. It is her song but she is not promoting anything as a solo artist so they add the pussycat dolls in the mix but give her credit as well so they can perform it and not her lol

but im guessing she does want recognition ppul refer to songs as the pussycatdolls
but only nicole singing this new credit system they have should open the door for the other dolls to get features eventhough they arent as good vocally as nicole

its not that simple
the label is not willing to invest in her like they do for the brand of the dolls
and she only had 1 album with the dolls which is not enough exposure to go solo just yet a lil too soon

and fuck yeah if she can do what she loves have full label support and loads of singles why not continue to to sing with pcd after all she is the frontwoman its not like she a backburner bitch

i dont get where this diva stuff is coming from
i would be mad as hell 2 if i had to carry a whole fuckin group and split money with glorified dancers

yeah, they went for the top producers ($$$) and took a year making it, with studioe costs, price of videos. when it all adds up came to abou that, they didnt mind spending all that $$ on her album thinking it would be huge. but because none of her videos or songs caught on with the public they scraped the album.

Unfortunately, it's the brand. Seeing those, however many, girls all in slutty costumes, doing splits and stuff is probably more appealing to their fans than Scherzinger herself.

I think Scherzinger is gorgeous, though! So I'm sure there could be something to do with her that can make her distinguish herself as a solo artist if they market her properly.

As for the other Pussies having titty attacks over this, considering I can never forget one of their worst high profile live performances on television where they sang Buttons -- and one Pussy fell off or tripped on a chair and that other Pussy -- Melody, is it? -- came out screeching like X-Tina, only piss poorly and off key... I can hardly think they're carrying Nicole. I think it's definitely the other way around. I mean, sure, one of the Pussies always seems to have to lift her leg up over her head in every video -- but that's hardly a drop of contribution to the group's success.

Nicole needs the dolls with her. She obviously is the only good singer of the group but she flopped on her own and it seems boring. I would love to know the difference in pay between nicole and the rest.
