OK, OK, Peacocks are quite beautiful; but have you ever heard the noise one makes? lol

Recently, a "flock-herd-group-bevy or what-have-you" took up residence in Tavares, Florida (near Tampa) and are driving the city residents uh, bananas....

You see, they are "mating" right now and the males are quite ram-bunk-shus, so-to-speak and will attack anything or even their image in the windows of homes or even bumpers or wheel-covers of cars, etc and cause great damage!

So, now the city is trying to get the "cocks" taken away from a cemetery where they've taken up residence and put some where else....far, far away from their city! lol

No I'm an amateur gone mad
And thanks Metta for reviving this thread again. As it happens I took some glamourshots lol of a peacock 2 weeks ago, hence the current avatar and to my immense joy saw an albino peacock doing a mating dance today! I'll upload the vid to youtube and post here.

Btw did you know the peahen shows her interest in the male by displaying raised tail feathers as well? I found that out today
