I love it crunchy! Gives it a very nice texture which lends itself to spreading it on multigrain bread (you know the kind with poppy, sunflower, sesame seeds etc in it...or maybe its just a UK thing.)
Whole grain (multigrain) bread rocks - even with Peanut Butter --
