I do not mean to sound insensitive or anything, but I am very glad I do not have those. Maybe they are not all like the pictures I've seen, but some of those I have are just... really gross.

If you are looking into that sort of thing, a dermatologist would be the right person to see. Honestly I probably would myself. Not treating things because they are 'harmless' is silly, they are obviously harmful to someone's self image, so they should at least be investigated. Acne, and warts and crap are 'harmless,' but you do not just let them be.

See a doctoer if they are really bothering you, otherwise forget it. It is really just a normal variation. In your pics you can't even see them so they must not be that bad. Start with dermataologist although a urologist may be of help too. Don't worry about it though whatever you do. There's a lot more to a man than some tiny little bumps that most likely only you notice.

My lover is uncut and gets them all the time. He once went to the MD and wanted them gone. The doc prescribed some kind of chemical treatment that was like the torture of hell for the guy. there is no need to do *anything* about them. so lasering them always is an unnecessary thing to to
