i have em too....

there is no way that will deffinatly get rid of them without side effects like losing feeling

...because they are harmless no one looks into how to remove them...

so just forget about it

I do not mean to sound insensitive or anything, but I am very glad I do not have those. Maybe they are not all like the pictures I've seen, but some of those I have are just... really gross.

If you are looking into that sort of thing, a dermatologist would be the right person to see. Honestly I probably would myself. Not treating things because they are 'harmless' is silly, they are obviously harmful to someone's self image, so they should at least be investigated. Acne, and warts and crap are 'harmless,' but you do not just let them be.

See a doctoer if they are really bothering you, otherwise forget it. It is really just a normal variation. In your pics you can't even see them so they must not be that bad. Start with dermataologist although a urologist may be of help too. Don't worry about it though whatever you do. There's a lot more to a man than some tiny little bumps that most likely only you notice.

most (uncut) men have them. usually they are just barely noticeable unless you look closely. they can be pretty big and noticeable as well, but i guess your partners aren't in puberty anymore and should be better informed ;)

cremes etc don't help. they need to be lasered.
- quite expensive
- risk of scar tissue

Yeah they're just tiny white, sometimes fleshcolored bumps, but I wouldn't wanna go down on that u know?

LOL i've been with other guys that have em.... don't even notice em unless I'm like inspecting his cock

and have to point them out to a guy for him to notice them on me...

i figure eh whatever forget about em unless the guy asks... because everytime i've tried to explain them to a person before they see my cock the guy thinks i'm talking about an std...

dumbasses

My take is that if you stress too much about those little things or your partners do, then you (or they) are probably not ready to be having sex.

My lover is uncut and gets them all the time. He once went to the MD and wanted them gone. The doc prescribed some kind of chemical treatment that was like the torture of hell for the guy. And after all that, and nearly a month without sex, he got the bumps back. Chemical cleaning, or whatever they recommend, is just a waste of time. They are natural and harmless.

So is it better to keep them intact if they are barely noticeable?

there is no need to do *anything* about them. so lasering them always is an unnecessary thing to to ;)

if you are bothered so much and have the money .. well get them removed. but it is a long procedure and does not have the best success

I have em. I used to think something was wrong with my penis, but I found out otherwise recently (lol the sticky was my initial post on the subject).

I'm uncut, so most of the time I don't even see them since they're neatly tucked away. I clean a lot, they've become less noticeable over the years actually..

on the subject, i've come to like them a lot lol, give me an edge sorta, they don't look bad, plus my bf says they give an extra sensation during sex :)

Now that I have come to understand them they represent just another "detail" and if the guy is sexy enough for me to be with they're just one more reason he's sexy.
The subtle smile is by far the most important sex organ.

I'm glad to know about those things. I've seen them before and they worried me, but now I understand that they're just part of the picture. (However, I do tend to prefer cut....)
