You do realize that several porn models have PE? Harry Louis is one that comes to mind.

I, too have seen PE a few times. I notice it because a guy that I dated a few times had it and had a very low self esteem because of it. Imho if you train your chest properly, it's much less noticeable.

It is a fairly common abnormality that isn't a major concern unless it alters your ability to function normally (ie internal organs, breathing etc). Bulk up if you are self conscious, however it probably won't be the first thing on peoples mind's.

There is not much you can do to really hide it anyways save for drastic surgery that I would never recommend unless it was hurting your health.

Remember, things like this are always more serious to the person that has it than to others.

To be honest, I think it can look really good on some guys. An ex had PE and I would do shots out of the depression.

Have your doctor order chest X-rays and find out your Haller Index. If the Haller Index is severe, many insurance companies will cover corrective surgery. In the U.S. there are several centers that have top notch thoracic surgeons that specialize in correcting PE/PC. Children's Hospital of King's Daughters in Norfolk, VA is leading place where the now famous Nuss procedure was developed and is still used around the world. People with milder PE should still be having check-ups into their adult years because there is that risk of having thin aorta/aorta ruptures like patients with Morfan's syndrome.
