i guess its not really hypospadias...its more like his corona (dickhead) just doesn't completely surround his urethra...maybe when he was circumcised they were a little bit greedy in removing too much of his frenulum...

It's not Hypospadias, the urethra of his penis opens at the tip of his glans as is normal. However the frenulum was removed entirely during circumcision (which does happen, although it's usually avoided) resulting in a slightly different look to the base of the glans.

Hypospadias is when the urethra is abnormally placed in the lower portion of the glans or shaft of the penis.

the corona is the edge of glans
