Hey Everyone. Hoping someone can give me some reassurance without pestering me to "Just go see a doctor" as i already have and he says its just muscle pain. However i have not yet been to a urologist. My partner and i had a few nights of intense sex a few months back and after we finished one night i noticed my penis was sore to bend to the right. Its like a sharp pain at the base of the penis to about 2 - 3 cm up the left side of the shaft. Im cut. The pain is only when hard. I usually bottom but he had bottomed the night before. Anyway like i said the pain only occurs when i bend my erect penis to the Right or away from the left. Ive checked for lumps, there arnt any. My Penis isnt bent out of shape but does sort of point to the left from the base. I cant remember if it was like that before. Although there is no pain when im flaccid, sometimes i think i can feel slight pressure in the area when flaccid but i dont know if im being paranoid. I is starting to affect my sex life.
The Dr put it down to muscle pain, like i strained it. But its been about 5 months now and although the pain is no where near as bad as it was, its still there.
Also, i think my urine stream is much weaker now, And sometimes it takes me 30 seconds to a minute to start urinating.
Anyone had any similar problems?

Five months is not muscle strain, you need to see a urologist .

I assumed its not muscle as time has gone on. But my penis isnt bent. Ive researched peyronies disease and people tend to hear a pop or snap when it occurs. Ive never experienced that. Also, people have reported bruising with that disease too. I never had that

You're overdue for a visit to a urologist.

Sorry, regarding your condition.....so you penetrate your partner's anus?

I have never have anal sex before.....but I have always wonder about this thing.....

If the top is penetrating the bottom, can the bottom's anus be so tight that it squash/squeeze the top's penis.....causing serious, damage to the top's penis??

If the bottom's anus is very tight, can it squeeze and hurt the top's penis, causing serious damage to the top's urethra (urethral stricture)??

no Travis. a tight anus isn't going to cause serious damage to the tops penis. it's possible for rough sex to cause injury to the penis but it usually happens when the penis either slips out and hits the area between the testicles and anus or it slips part of the way out and gets bent during the thrust going back in. most injuries happen with the bottom being on top and the penis gets bent. the anus isn't strong enough to cause serious injury.

OP, you need to see the urologist asap. your penis shouldn't be hurting this long. there are several muscles that attach to the pelvis near the penis but if they were strained they should have healed by now.
