I've probably mentioned this before (penis size is a very common thread around here. ) but 8 or 9 is very common as far as I'm concerned. Naw man! You always round down...that way you give your mate an extra little treat. I always say 7" even though I'm somewhere between 7.25 and 7.5 depending on the sun, stars, moon and how carefully I measure.

In my mind, it's always better to err on the side of caution. I think people will be more inclined to notice that I'm not 8" than to notice I'm some random number of quarter inches more than 7".
