Hi slightly random and embarrassing but sometimes i get this stinging sensation around my penis then it'll release a cloudy smelly liquid? Ive had it years since i was a teenager and even more so if ive had tight underwear on?

Any idea's?
 
Go straight to the doctor, you need medical attension. This is more than someone on here can help in other than saying ----------->

For this, you need to provide a urine sample for testing. Go see your doctor. Describe your symptoms. He'll probably send you home with a specimen collection cup for the next time this happens.

Most sexually transmitted diseases can be cured with antibiotics and do not suggest that you are gay. If you are embarrassed, go to a minor medical or urgent care clinic. If you prefer tell them you will pay cash and make no insurance record.
 
Having the same problem(I'm virgin so no STD's),doctor told me that everything was ok,whenever that happens I take 1 ibumetin or drink special herb tea for the bladder,but then again I have gilbert's syndrome so maybe that's somekind of side effect,but anyway go to the doc and if he finds something let me know.
 
I actually had this problem as well. Mine did show up after sex, but it wasn't an STI/STD. Though, in your case it just might be, but the STI/STD is treatable and curable, so please don't freak out. The other option that it might be is Prostatitis. And what that is, is the enlarged inflamed form of your prostate that is squeezing the tube that sends it's fluids to your semen to help semen come out of your penis. It's not really exactly known how people get it, but I got it three times, twice from jacking off while on the meds (yeah, I know..my bad). Sometimes a disease can be contracted if you have unprotected sex as well, so make sure you ask all questions and make sure everybody is clean inside and out. You will need to go to the doctor. The procedure will be that they will check your balls first, that's sort of standard anyways, but there is a disease that can cause this just from your balls. Next they'll stick a swab into the tip of your penis, to try and get a sample of the discharge, then go ask you to take a urine sample, so go pee in a cup. They may need to take a blood sample as well, even though AIDS/HIV does not cause these symptoms to show up, another reason to not freak out. The test results will come back later, but they'll give you a form of anti-biotics, and YOU NEED TO TAKE ALL OF THEM, and please do not jerk off during the time you are on them, it'll mess things up majorly. But please, go see the doctor, because what you need to freak out over is that if you let this keep going it can majorly mess up your reproduction organs, even lead to causing cancer as well. So go very soon please.

Hey, Omni. Gilbert's syndrome is simply an idiopathic elevated billirubin. How does that have anything to do with penile discharge? It mat present as billirubinuria (in the urine) but not a foul discharge.

Do you know something I do not?

Hmm... I'm no medical expert, and I think for me to give advice on this would be wrong. The only thing I can say is definately go see a Doctor as soon as you're able to. Nothing to be embarrassed about at all. Heck... smoking one day I dropped a lit ciggy on the dang thing and had to see the Doc! lol.

Seriously though, please do go get this checked out... and in the meantime, I wish you all the best.

That's interesting. My urologist told me to masturbate or have protected sex (for the partner's protection) at least 1 x a day. That would would prove beneficial in clearing things out. I never had a discharge with an offensive oder, however.
 
Then what that is is not the same thing at all. All doctors will tell you, STD/STI's, Prostatitis, and the disease that attacks your balls, to always take all meds and DO NOT be sexually active while on them. It will do more harm than good. I should know since I messed it up the first time I got Prostatitis, two weeks later I was on the meds again. Not jacking off actually helped out the second time.

That is the usual advice. Generally, changes in habit and frequency of sexual activity can worsen inflammation of the prostate. It's not usual for doctors to tell you that when you have a prostate infection, ejaculation will help eliminate any residual seminal fluid which may hasten clearing of the infection. It doesn't hurt as long as you're not wanking it more than your usual pattern.
