Some of you are really sick. No one ever deserves to be hit. Not even the biggest asshole in the world. For god sakes... his JOB is to talk shit about people. How boring would a gossip site be if it were about making nice and complimenting people. That's not what a gossip website is about. Not a successful one, anyways. Maybe you should blame the 10,000,000 views he gets and the reason he's so well known.

Look, I may not support his attitudes or beliefs... but i'm not going to sit here and say anyone deserves to get punched. If he deserves anything, it's being shit-talked about and sued... which have all happened to him. It's not like he goes around without facing any consequences for his work.

He got PUNCHED. That's just stupid and unnecessary. I can see this happening on some homophobic forum where people respond to a similar situation with, "omg he's gay LOL he deserves it whatever I don't pitty him"... so it's pretty disappointing to see it on this forum.

Yet, Perez relished in the chance to quickly twitter about his beating, quickly relished in posting a online video about the incident, he quickly relished in rushing back to his hotel, he begged and pleaded with fans to call the police for him, yet he couldn't stay at the scene, call the police, get medical treatment?

It clearly shows he cares more about celebrity and keeping his face or name in the news.

He wanted to play in the big leagues, he got played...now he cries foul?

It has NOTHING to do with him being gay.....he wants everything to be gay related or everyone to be gay or come out gay..if not he outs them......

He as not gay bashed.....he was moron bashed.

Stop saying it was a gay bashing that had nothing to do with it. He was confronted about things (lies) he posts on his websites, he got called out and he got hit.....he tried living in a glass house and know he has to clean up his mess...I'm sure there are many other celebrities out there..including gay ones who don't support him.

Face it man, truth is....he knew one day his blog would get him a nice smackdown. He crosses the line way more than TMZ.

It's sad that some people are happy because Perez got beat up.

I don't even know why you're so annoyed by him, none of you are celebrities, and even if you were, celebrities expose themselves to public scrutinity so what Perez does isn't any different than any other media outlet out there. Plus, no matter what he posts, it gives the person more publicity. Hell I wouldn't know who the heck Katie Price a.k.a. Jordan was before he started posting about her.

So please guys, don't be happy for the bad things that happen to others specially because it's not like he's the devil. Jeez there's others out there who DO say a do a lot of things that make the world a worse place.

So people are "sick" because they couldn't care less if he got punched? It's easier to say that is his job, but he knows it comes with consequences and his job is not to out people either. Regardless of how many views his page gets, it doesn't make him a decent person.

His being gay has NOTHING to do with his getting punched. Seriously, just becasue we are gay we have to support him or we are now gay homophobics?

"Violence is never the answer"---we don't live in utopia......war is violence, attaining freedoms often comes through violence---a black eye is hardly considered life threathening....does anyone deserve to get hit...realistically ...no...but can violence be justified at times? ...realistically...yes.....

As I said, sometimes it takes a nice hit to wake up and think about how one conducts themself or how their actions affect others....as obviously the BEP's are affected by things Perez says on his blog.

Seriously, sometimes it takes more than a lawsuit to make someone think.

There are other tabloids and media outlets that do the same things but he is by far the most arrogant of them all and so proud of the things he writes about people and makes it a mission to force celebrities out of the closet.

Why should anyone have sympathy for him? Karma is a bitch, but the most pathetic part is he's trying to get as much publicity for this as possible. If I got my ass whooped I wouldn't be advertising it all over the media but I'm sure a conniving cunt like him will try to play off some fabricated sympathy story.

Because he thought posting immediately on twitter would make him big news like the twitters getting the IMPORTANT newsworthy news out of Iran are....

He thought "I got beat up...let me twitter about it first, then call the cops"....

Never said it was because he was gay. I'm comparing it to a situation where someone justifies physical violence based on someone's sexuality (they dislike it/don't understand it/etc...)

Yeah, we don't live in a perfect world. That doesn't mean that we have to accept all physical violence toward others because we can't stop everything ourselves. How about not making a thread about it and moving on instead of making posts like "lol he deserves it".

I don't read every single post on this site but yes this was something that stood out to me. Sorry that i'm not ok with people cheering on or celebrating the facts that someone was physically attacked. I'm not a perez hilton fanboy so don't confuse me for that.

Foe the record this wasn't a hate crime, it was justice served.. if someone called me a faggot gay or straight i'd be ready to throw down. Perez shoulda kept his mouth shut.. i mean you cant just run around insulting people and not worry about maybe getting knocked the fuck out! Lets be realistic.. Perez is one of the problems gay society has today, he is a walking talking stereotype, i'll be the first one to say that some of the bravest gays out there are the guys that flaunt it. But Perez does it in a bad way. Maybe one day he's going to learn but he's making too much money right now being what he is, and lets face it money is everything in the world today
