I'm not a very big fan of Perez but I think calling him a pedophile based on this incident is beyond stupid. First of all he's gayer then Christmas and has no sexual interest in Miley or any other woman for that matter. That alone throws this case of him being a pedophile right out of the window because the definition of a pedophile is someone who is sexually attracted to a pre-pubescent child (which Miley is not) The word Pedophile is thrown around too loosely without knowledge of the true meaning behind it. With that said, what he did was VERY wrong and it's about time he gets in trouble for the stupid and reckless things he does. However I highly doubt we will see him indicted

In fact, I think the LGBT community could get a lot of positive press by turning out in force to DEMAND he be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law -- which I'm sure the vast majority of us hope for anyway.

The thing I hate about him most is that he is the ‘face’ of the LGBT community to a lot of people; people who may not have any other contact with an actual LGBT person, other than to see piece of bellybutton lint like him on TV or something.

I have to agree with the last one. Guys 20 to 30 years older are giddy over these guys turning 18. It's weird. And some guys will defend that they should be able to be with a 15, 16 year old cause they are "physically mature". Perez didn't do this to get off like guys on here do.
